Return Policy

At Morivida, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards for our moringa powder and wellness products. Because these are consumable items, returns and refunds are limited to genuine cases only.

1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Once a product is opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and hygiene reasons.

2. When Refund or Replacement Is Allowed

Refunds or replacements are only provided if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is leaking or broken
  • The wrong product was delivered

The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

3. Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To request a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package
  • The shipping label
  • The product being opened

Without an unboxing video, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.

4. How to Raise a Request

Include:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • Short explanation

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped OR
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Delayed delivery by courier
  • Failure to provide unboxing video

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
